• Terms of Use

   Our verbal agreement via conversation declares your agreement of our terms of use. By using our website, and speaking to Brooks Cochran and agreeing to a project, you agree to pay 50% of the project price as a deposit. Verbal contracts will only be conducted with persons 18 years of age or older. Parent/guardian will be required to speak to Brooks Cochran in behalf of any person younger than 18 years of age.

• Order Policy

  All billing information must be truthful and accurate. False information for identity and or billing will be turned over to authorities. By verbally agreeing to an order with Brooks Cochran, you agree to accept to our deposit, order, and return policies.

• Copyright

  Unless otherwise identified, all materials on this website are created from Brooks Cochran’s companies: Mount Baker Custom Woodworking & JBCustomConcepts. You may not use any photos for any reason other than sharing with others what you are ordering or promotional uses for Mount Baker Woodworking. Once a project is in your possession, we appreciate our companies name with social networking photos.  

• Color Accuracy

   We have made every effort to display colors on our photos as accurate as possible. I cannot guarantee the devise you use to display our images will be accurate.

• Pricing Information

  Our website notes more than once that the prices listed are ‘typical and example’ prices for sizes and that the range in prices vary case by case. Wood species, project differentiation, size, finishes, and case by case orders cannot depict a set price to put on our website. Each order is custom therefor cannot have a pre-determined price to be set on our website.

• Privacy Policy

 Mount Baker Custom Woodworking respects your privacy and takes great care to safeguard your information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority. We do not share client information (including email addresses) to any third-parties and only keep them on record to keep you updated and assist in your future orders.
