Nationwide. We travel to get our wood and we have wood that is local to where we live.

That is the beauty of wood. It is from all over with history and a story to it and we are willing to travel to reclaim it.

Yes, all of our tables and other custom furniture are made on demand.
We sand the wood down to a 220grit, then apply numerous coats of stain or sealant (the client can choose to change the color with a stain or they can have the natural color with a sealant which can be matte, glossy to no gloss).

We offer our projects from unfinished to fully finished and anywhere in between.

Custom Ordering

Call J. Brooks Cochran at 360-920-7491 to place and discuss details of custom order.

Clients will be updated during the each step of the project via conversations and photos throughout the making process.

A client can provide their own wood if they deliver or ship the wood and pick up the project or have shipping arrangements ready when completed.
Yes. You may visit our inventory, or select your wood via photo.
1.5 Months from the first day of production.
We first need to know if you prefer live edge wood slab, wood slab, or reclaimed barnwood.

We then need to know what their project dream is; ie table, bedroom furniture, etc. Then comes the dimensions, size, and what kind of sanding (rough finish or smooth) staining(colors), and sealant (high gloss) ‘finish’ do they desire.

If you are ordering tables, we need to discuss leg options (wood or metal). I will provide updated photos of their project throughout the making for approval and suggestions.

Care & Maintenance

Do not use abrasive substances to wipe down. Over time, wood can look dry or dull.

We recommend a wipe-on Danish oil. Don’t hesitate to call us with any questions regarding your specific piece.

There is no need to put anything on the furniture to protect it.

We provide all projects to clients with a protective sealant.

If your order requirement is unfinished or raw wood, we can discuss oil and sealant options as they can vary per project.

If you damages your product, please call us and we can discuss our options as they are case by case.

Shipping

As the size, quantity, and weight of each project is completely custom to each project– shipping costs are determined during the quoting process and are based on your location.

Whenever possible, we prefer to hand-deliver and position your table/furniture for you in your home.

The client is responsible for the cost of shipping.

Because each piece is unique, shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping charges depend on size, mileage, weight and delivery.

Smaller projects weighing under 150lbs can be shipped via FedEx and delivered right to your door. Larger pieces will be delivered by freight and can include additional fees depending on the degree of delivery requested by the client.

For example, small coffee tables can be shipped across the USA for $100–$300 and a large dining table may cost around $500–$1000 to ship across the USA.

Whenever possible, we prefer to personally hand-deliver your furniture project. Cost depends on location and will be quoted to you at the time of your quote.
